WHAT IS FITENNIS™ FORM?

Take part in a gentle group lesson adapted to your body with the Fitennis ™ Form. In addition to the Fitennis ™ program, this program offers more in-depth exercises on muscles and joints. The Fitennis ™ Form is a 45 min training format. An instructor will accompany you on the execution of the movements. Take pleasure while regaining awareness of your body!
