1.HOW DO I BECOME A FITENNIS™ INSTRUCTOR?
The first step towards becoming a Fitennis™ Instructor is through the Initial Training program. You can find the dates and places for our next training session on our website, fitennis.fr, under the heading “Instructor Training.”.
2. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR FITENNIS™ INSTRUCTOR TRAINING?
To sign up for Fitennis™ Initial Training for Instructors, go to the fitennis.fr website, under “Instructor Training, and complete the questionnaire, and follow the instructions regarding account creation (user name and password) and payment options. Your user name and password will be used for subsequent login to the fitennis.fr site. In case of problems or difficulties, please contact us directly at the telephone number(s) shown. « Fitennis ».
3. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO SIGN UP FOR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING?
To be eligible for Fitennis™ Initial Training, you must: be age 18 or older; Although it it not required, you will have an advantage if you are already a tennis instructor, tennis player, or fitness instructor of any kind.
Exceptions to age requirement:
We do make exceptions in special cases: If your age is 16 or 17, and you wish to participate in the Fitennis™ Initial Training for Instructors, you must provide a signed letter from your parents, as well as a signed Waiver/Permission regarding Responsibility. Please contact us for further information.
4. I’M ENROLLED IN THE INTIAL TRAINING: WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
You will receive an email confirming your enrollment. One week before the start of your training program, the Fitennis™ team will contact you with a second email providing all the practical details – locations, lodging, meals, dates, and times, etc.
5. HOW LONG IS MY FITENNIS™ TRAINING LICENSE VALID?
Your Fitennis™ Instructors license is valid for one year. Instructors must renew their licenses annually.
6. HOW DO I RENEW MY FITENNIS ™ INSTRUCTOR’S LICENSE?
There are two methods for renewing your license so that you can continue to offer Fitennis ™ courses:
1. Payment of an annual Fitennis ™ royalty fee.
2. Participate in training other instructors in the Fitennis ™ 2 program. By helping to train others, you will bring your own level up to speed, acquire new skills, and renew your license for another year.
7. HOW SOON AFTER THE TRAINING CAN I BEGIN TO OFFER FITENNIS ™ COURSES?
You can offer Fitennis ™ training as soon as you have been certified.
8. WHAT IF I CAN’T PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPLETE TRAINING PROGRAM?
We recommend that you choose in another Fitennis ™ Initial Training for Instructors session where the dates will fit your schedule. The training program is extensive, and we want you to benefit from a full program so that you can be successful.
9. I’M ENROLLED IN A FITENNIS ™ INSTRUCTORS TRAINING SESSION BUT I CAN’T ATTEND. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Option 1: You can transfer your enrollment to another date. Logon to your account at fitennis.fr to choose the new date. If you change your enrollment at least 21 days in advance, the change fee is 5€, payable when the change is made. If you change your enrollment less than 21 days in advance, the change fee is 15€, payable when the change is made.
Option 2: You can request a refund. Logon to your account at fitennis.fr to cancel your participation. If you cancel your enrollment at least 21 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 25€ will be deducted from your refund. For cancellations in less than 21 days or after the date of your training session, a cancellation fee of 75€ will be deducted from your refund.
10. WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE TRAINING SESSION?
You should come in sports clothes, including a change of clothing. Bring a towel and water, a tennis racquet and tennis or running shoes.
You should also bring a computer and a USB stick, as well as something on which you can take notes.
11. WHAT IS A FITENNIS™ LICENSE?
Fitennis™ programs can only be offered by licensed instructors. This license must be renewed annually by payment of a royalty fee in order to continue to offer Fitennis™ programs. In addition to receiving new programs every two months, licensed instructors are provided for additional training as well as access to the marketing and professional tools indispensable for the continued success of Fitennis™ and its team of instructors.
12. I REPRESENT A CLUB. HOW CAN WE OFFER FITENNIS™ TO OUR MEMBERS?
Your Club can send one or more of your trainers or coaches to Fitennis™ Instructor Training, or find a licensed Fitennis™ instructor who can bring our programs to your Club. For more information, please check our website www.fitennis.fr/formation.
13. HOW CAN I ACCESS THE CONTENT OF THE FITENNIS™ PROGRAM?
As a licensed Fitennis™ participant, you can stream all of the Fitennis™ content from your mobile phone, tablet or computer.
14. HOW LONG ARE THE FITENNIS™ MUSIC AND VIDEOS AVAILABLE?
Fitennis™ music and video programs are released every 2 months. The content is available for 2 months after publication online.
15. I WANT TO SUSPEND MY FITENNIS™ LICENSE. WHAT DO I DO?
You can suspend your account at the end of your contract period by sending us a letter requesting the suspension of your Fitennis™ license at least 1 month prior to the renewal date of your contract. Otherwise, your contract will automatically be renewed and your credit card will be charged.
If you suspend your license and want to renew it later, you will be charged a reinstatement fee of 15€. Upon payment of this fee, you will again have access to the Fitennis™ programs and the right to offer them.
16. DOES FITENNIS™ OFFER A PREFERENTIAL RATE TO STUDENTS?
Students can qualify for reduced fees both for Fitennis™ training programs and annual royalty payments. You must provide documentation proving that you are a student by completing the form @
